Man I just got what I thought was the best shock and fork for the way I ride and my size so I went with the Fox DHX air 5.0 and the Marzocchi 55 tst2 and so far I like it

I personally do not mind ripping up XC singletrack on my Enduro... it is a great workout using a bigger bike, plus after you get in tip-top shape, you blow the other guys away on their short travel XC specifics, especially over rock gardens, logs, drops, etc.. I also set up the Enduro w/ loc-out front and rear, so if I have to climb something super-steep, it can.

I feel the same way. how is the riding in Texas? Here in Illinois, we have mostly XC Trails, but the spots I ride, mostly are forbidden trails, wherein they closed them to bike traffic like 11 years ago... I still ride them though, because I was one of the guys that first built them to be bike friendly 20 years ago.

Don't you love people w/ opinions? It is 150mm travel... right? That is versatile to me, plus the free-drive makes it very pedal friendly.

How does the Teocali perform? I had an 08 Khyber for a while, but I got rid of it, because it was too big frame wise, but I thoroughly enjoyed the free drive. It reminded m of my old 99 GT XCR 3000 w/ I-drive.

Yeah, no doubt that ouch is right... the straitlines weigh a little more but are just as good... if not better. I personally like Straitline's customer service and the fact that it is a small company putting out some of the best MTB components ever. But yeah, those twenty6 pedals are pretty... I do not really like the looks of any of their other components, and I like to coordinate everything... I am a Geek that way.
